ProphetX filed three CFTC event-contract proposals that would let traders bet on November trading volume at rival exchanges. The proposed thresholds are $10 billion for Polymarket US, $2 billion for Rothera, and $4 billion for DKeX, a DraftKings-affiliated platform. The filings are pending regulatory review.

If approved, the contracts would create a meta-market on competitor performance, giving traders a direct way to express views on which regulated platforms are gaining share. It also tests whether the CFTC will allow event contracts that reference the commercial metrics of specific named rivals.
