Coinbase launched live crypto price prediction markets on Wednesday, letting US users trade on short-term price moves for BTC, ETH, SOL and BNB. The contracts feature windows as short as 15 minutes.

Brings a major US exchange into direct competition with Polymarket and Kalshi on crypto-native event contracts. Coinbase's existing US user base and regulatory standing could accelerate retail adoption of short-dated prediction products.
