Crypto.com launches OG.com regulated prediction market platform

Crypto.com has launched OG.com as a regulated prediction market platform for sports and financial event contracts. OG.com is based in Chicago. Robinhood has taken stakes in both Crypto.com and OG.com, and will route trades through the platform alongside Kalshi and ForecastEx. Crypto.com is also hiring legal counsel focused on capital and prediction markets for the OG.com operation. The platform is positioned as a centralized, regulated entrant from a major crypto exchange operator.
Robinhood's equity stake turns a simple routing deal into a revenue-share position, giving it upside from a product category that already outperformed crypto and equities in its record quarter. Wall Street analysts have priced Robinhood above $145 on sustained event-contract growth. That makes partner stability a direct earnings risk. Robinhood now depends on Kalshi, its Rothera joint venture, and OG.com for prediction market volume. None are fully under its control. A regulatory action or dispute at any one venue forces immediate volume migration. The OG.com pipeline adds a third regulated path, but deepens structural dependency on Crypto.com's infrastructure stack. Piper Sandler projects another $320 million from football season through December. Robinhood's next vertical integration move will signal how brokerages source prediction markets without owning the full stack.
